The fact it has gone this far because I demanded to speak to a supervisor for ***** being rude is insane. And I was told you will not longer do business with me. To top you're employee's disrespect you locked my account took back the credit. That is what took this to the next level.
I could have delt with the little headache of waiting until ***** laughed at me. The last I spoke to said I would receive it too. I am rejecting this response because: I was issued the 80 credit wich you did not give it to me. We are sorry we are unable to help you further with this issue or come to a resolution that you are satisfied with. We certainly apologize for this experience as it is not what we intend for our customers. As we discussed by phone, we now suggest you purchase the item at another, local vendor so that the condition of the packaging can be inspected before purchasing. Management has spoken to you several times by phone and email attempting to resolve the issue with the box for your item, but we are unable to find a resolution you are happy with after both trying to replace and refund the item. We have refunded the entire purchase amount of the product on 5/8/23 as well as added an account credit for your trouble as you have requested in this complaint.

We have attempted to resolve this issue with your order several times by sending new items to you which were not to your liking as well as providing a full refund for the purchase price of the item in addition to an account credit for your trouble. I simply want the credit they promised for costing me gas time off work. But today I was told by the same underling that they will not ***** the credit and issued a refund for item after having my money for a month. To day I was sent to the male underling of I guess someone trying to save *****'s job. I then called back and tried to speak to a manager again and I have yet to speak to one. I sent the old one in as agreed and the extra damaged item back. I notified them again immediately and we agreed too place a credit on my account with them. Not only did they look at and knowingly send it they sent an open collectible but doing so knowing it affects the value. Instead they threw another damaged case in a box and sent it. I notified them immediately they said they would send a new undamaged item. There was no damage to the packaging it was fully intact meaning it was sent damaged. I originally ordered a gift for my wife through AMPEX. APMEX has requested a meeting with BBB staff to discuss concerns and resolutions. They will continue to find service improvements for each customer interaction. On May 17th,2023 the BBB received a response from the business stating that APMEX is committed to improving communication and reduce the average time to provide a resolution for their customers. On April 20th, 2023, the BBB submitted a written request to the business encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. Then on the refund/exchange issues concerning refunds in general taking a long time to receive, and claims getting denied for refunds from losses that occurred during delivery.
Customer service issues concerning unprofessionalism, long wait times when calling and still not getting anything resolved. Such as delivery issues concerning delivery being delayed, incorrect items being sent, and not full orders being sent.
